The factory sent over more pictures! These are just quick cell phone pictures so not the best but it gives an idea of the finishes. 

This design was the hardest for a lot of reasons that I didn't think about. Small eye, slightly open mouth, lots of back scales & thin lines in the wings. The other designs should not take them as long. Especially since we worked out all the communication errors. 

The issue & what has set us back so long was all the options I offered. I really should have only done soft enamel with or with out glitter & kept it simple but I wanted to see all the pins in all the options LOL 

But for the future I won't be doing that again ^_^ The joy of Kickstarter is learning. Even though I had asked the factory before I started if it would be possible, I think there was a major communication error on what I wanted. Or the just didn't expect me to order so many pins! It came out to like 300 different options between the 16 designs :O And the largest pin order I've ever made!

So I want to say sorry for not getting these out by the holidays. If you needed or wanted these for gifts message me & I can make up a nice card or something along those lines for you to print out & gift, if you like!

First sample pictures of one of the pins.

This was just a sample color to show the fill on the hard enamel. With hard enamel sometimes a lot of details can be lost so we where testing it out on what turned out to be the most complex of the designs. 

This one is also not finished on the edges but you can see even all the tiny details are still there!! 

These pins have been the most complex I've made. I wasn't really thinking about that in the original designs LOL But the manufactory is hard at work. We talk just about every day, and have worked out a lot of "hiccups" 

And here is the pin with the actually colors! Sorry it's not the best picture but I should have more soon. ;) 

Orders that where just stickers or acrylic charms only have been shipped out. If that's all you ordered an have not gotten a tracking update please message me. 

Covid Update:

Sadly I'm still sick, it's going on 5 weeks now. I feel better over all, but I get winded if I do much of anything. Just walking around the house I feel like I'm having an asthma attack & I don't have asthma, or I didn't before this. So I'm just trying to take it slow. I'm retesting today to see if I can at least return to work part time or something. 

Next Kickstarter + Pin!

As soon as I have the sample in hand for the plush I'll be launching my next Kickstarter. So it's going to overlap the fulfillment of this one more than likely. 

This is the latest sample. The wings might change a tiny bit but over all this is the finished plush. 

I'll also be offering enamel pins & stickers to go along with the plush ^_^

Covid-19

So test came back positive for Covid. I’ve been sick for 2 weeks & let me say this sucks. I’ll describe it as something in-between mono & walking pneumonia (both of which I’ve had) Not as high of a fever as mono but same pain, can’t breathe like walking pneumonia, and completely stuffed up like the flu, body aches, sweets & chills.

Some people like my husband are lucky, minor signs and over in it a few days, he never ran a fever (or he might have for a day or 2 now he says, I was too sick to remember lol).

Going on week 3 now & while I feel more human it's still hard to move around. I get light headed from the smallest tasks. Forget going up or down stairs! Thankfully the only stairs I have to worry about are one the porch. Today is the first day I've gotten out of bed for more than an hour or so. Last two weeks have just been laying in bed :( it's driving me crazy. And I've completely lost my sense of taste and smell.  Breathing is so hard & painful that I got an oxygen meter to monitor it just in case.  So I want to say sorry for the lack of any kind of post, I don't have a lap top & setting up to try & type on my phone put me into a coughing fit. I'm finally able to sit at my computer so hope to get a little work done.

The factory is still working on the pins, after a lot of back & forth & almost changing companies they finally understand! We got the details worked out & they are doing a "test run" on one pin to make sure we're on the same page. With hard enamel some of the details will always be lost & this was something I knew would happen. I'm hopping that we don't have to change any of the designs for the hard enamel & the factory thinks we're ok, but we won't know for sure until they make them. 

I'll update again once I have anything from the factory or I'm well again ^_^

Acrylic Charms are here!

Yay the charms all came in and look awesome! They are even a little bigger than the samples, and the color is much richer. Double sided and come with a cute gold star hanger.

So charm orders will be shipping out soon! Remember when you get your charm to remove the plastic one both sides protecting the artwork.

And thankfully I think all the issues with the pins has been worked out. It has set us back on time but I want to make sure these are all done correctly.
